Refund Policy

We will refund your pre-payment completely, less a cancelation fee of 10% (which includes the transaction fee we have incurred collecting and processing your payment), for any work not started. If service has been started, we will pro-rate your return accordingly, again less the cancelation fee of 10%. We will do this within 30 days of written notice to our mailing address, found on your invoice and on our "contact us" page.
